We renovated this historic Victorian in downtown Napa to create additional living space for its owners on the lower floor, carefully orienting the partially subterranean spaces to maximize light and usable square footage. We carefully repaired and restored the home’s exterior, adding a louvered screen to the home’s porch to create a greater sense of privacy.
